Afternoon Ladies. Hope you are having a lovely day so far. I am at work on my lunch at the moment. I made May's calendar page using the sketch from Friday Sketchers. Another really good sketch for this week, I will use this one again for sure.
Here is the sketch
See what I mean, it's a good one. I used some really bright colours for this one as I wanted to show off my new Hippie Anya stamp :)
Papers are by DCVW which were in my goody bag from Stephs make and take
The flowers were a christmas present from steph and the brad is from Papermania. The image is coloured with copics, not sure about the hair think I will make it a bit darker next time.
Here is a picture of it on the calendar itself
I am entering this in to the following challenges
Friday Sketchers - Sketch
Anya Ink - Flowers

Hi Amanda,
this is awesome. I love the bold colours and the embellies and the layout makes for a very functional calender.

Gorgeous calendar page and what a fabulous idea - might just have to 'pinch' this, brilliant for birthdays (my birthday book got lost when I moved). Gorgeous colours, fabulous papers and beautifully coloured Anya.
