I had a brilliant idea planned for this project, got my image from the site went home to make the card and noticed my internet had dropped, I couldn't get internet all last night Grrrrr. I had to switch to another image and create something different, which was fine but you know how it is when you get an idea in your head and then can't do it for wahatever reason.
Anyhow, my card is made for a crafting buddy Fiona who is currently poorly in hospital. I hope this cutey pie will cheer her up.

The papers are by Basic Grey, gotta love basic grey they are one of my favourite papr companies just wish they had more papers for the money. The image is of course a Karens Doodles image and can be purchased HERE
I have coloured this image with Copic markers as always - think I might have another try at water colours haven't used mine in aaaaages.

I hope you like my card. Don't forget to hop over to the challenge blog and enter your card now.

A Card for my Auntie

Good Afternoon ladies how are you today. It has been a lovely sunny day here in the Fens today - shame we don't have a garden would have been nice to have spent more time outside today :( been painting the house instead and fitting a new outside light woohoo.
I made this card for my Auntie Marvina who live in Scotland, it is her birthday on Tuesday so I am sending this to her first class tomorrow.
I have used a sketch today from this weeks Friday Sketchers challenge which can be found Here

This is what I did with the sketch

The papers are from the 'My minds eye - wild asparagus' set I just bought these and love them to bits - brilliant price too - I bought them at the glitter pot for £9.99 for 36 sheets of 12x12.

The image was sent to me in an image swap a long while ago, it is a Diana Duda one I think - I am going to have to find out because I love it. I coloured the image with copic markers. The sentiment is stamped from the Woodware sentiments set. The pearls at the bottom are from the pound shop and are part of a set of 6 different types and the ribbon is from my stash.

I am entering this card in to the following challenges;

Karens Doodles Challenge 6

Good Morning Ladies, I hope you are well today. Are you ready for another challenge? This weeks challenge is 'Things with wings' there are so many images that you can use for this challenge and you can find them HERE
There are loads of new images and as there is currently a SALE (please see below) you can get even more for your money.

Ok so here is my take on this weeks challenge 'Things with wings' I have made a little folder to hold some of my stamped and printed out digi images. I don't know about you but when I am printing my images I like to print a few to a page so I get the most out of it. Then i realised I have no where to put them so that is where this idea came in.

This is the side view

And this is the inside

The image is called Fairy Princess, I coloured her with copics. The papers were freebies from a craft magazine a few years back. I bought the pink card online. The ribbon is from my stash and the sentiment is computer generated.
For the images on the inside I made them smaller in word and then cut them out using my nestabilities. I then mounted them on to the pink card and cut around it with my scalloped scissors.
The template is by Lauren Meader and works perfectly with the Score Pal.

Ok so now for the prizes of which there are plenty;
