2 new cards for graduations
This is the a criss cross card i made using instructions from splitcoast stampers. The papers are Basic Gray and the stamps are woodware 'you did it' stamps. the flourish stamp is one i bought from ebay. I used my copics to colour in the stamps.
Sketch saturday entry - I followed this weeks sketch for this card it took me ages to do but i am pleased with the results.
This is the male graduation card it is the first time I have decorated the inside of the card I enjoyed making this one. Again the stamp is from woodware 'you did it' collection. I coloured the main image in watercolours (dont have the right colour copics for this) and the inside ones with copics.

very excited
I recently bought some copic markers - ok so i say some i bought 36 in a set then realised i needed more and now have over 50 and counting :) anyhow I have been trying and failing to blend or make anything look good until i found the I like markers blog - I was pointed to this blog by a group I am a part of on papercraft planet called copic buzz. I have been trying out some of the techniques and making a little book with all of my attempts in and thought i would show you the Jeans i coloured using two of the techniques i learned on there. Really pleased with these so just thought i would post them :) not sure why they are showing sideways i see them on my pc the right way around but when i put them on here they flip.
Sketch Saturday challenge using copics
Here is another one i did last night with some of my new copic colours. I used the sketch from this weeks Sketck Saturday challenge.
I used R00 and E00 for the skin (I don't have e000 yet)
For the coat i used rv10 and rv02 but struggled to make the area on the right hand side of the coat look right (this is where I imagined the light to be coming from)
I used B05 and B02 for the blue flowers
BV02 and BV00 for the purple flowers
R27 and R29 for the flower that she is holding - i think though that these are too close because you can't really see the difference.
For the hair I used Y06, Y15 and Y00

Sugar Bowl Challenge card
This is the first time I have entered this challenge ( I have only just got some of the stamps and love em) Challenge details and my interpretation are shown below.
Challenge 13 – Lilians Sketch
The ‘please include’ option this week is another colour challenge. Please use the colour ‘kraft’ in your design. However, if you have no ‘kraft’ to hand, please feel free to use browns and creams
This was also the first time I have ever used my copics - i think it came out ok but really want to be as good as some of the other people I have seen - I will keep at it but if any one has any tips on how I could do better that would be great :)

Cowboy Ethan
On August 5, 2004, Ethan Weiman was welcomed into this world, and into the loving arms of his parents, Dave and Alicia Weiman. (I've had the pleasure of working with Ethan's Mom, Alicia, on the My Time to Create Challenge Team).
On June 12, 2009 Ethan's little life left those same loving arms. In his mother's words " Heaven gained the greatest little boy ever".Ethan was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in July of 2007. He was a brave, and tough little cowboy! Ethan loved Knock Knock jokes, balloons, and of course, being the true cowboy that he was - horses! His younger sister, Ava just adored her big, brave brother.Pink Cat Studios has designed the Weiman Wranglers digital stamps to honor the life of Ethan Weiman and raise money for the Make-A-Wish foundation. The Cowboy Ethan and Cowgirl Ava digital stamps can be purchased separately for $4.00 each or combined for $6.00. You can read about and purchase the digital download HERE.

Fathers day card
This is the fathers day card I made for My father in law, i would have prefered to do a card with a stamped image but i realised that I don't have any male stamps they are all female oriented - i suppose I will hve to go shopping.
Fathers day box
I have just finished this little box it is for putting in the photo frame I got my dad for Fathers day - I thought it might be more interesting than wrapping it up :) This is the first time I have coloured anything with copic markers, there isn't any shading involved as I don't have enough close match colours to shade with - fear not though I have more on the way :) The stamps are penny black and the letters were stamped using See D's Alphabet.
mothers day card forever friends
I made this card for one of my friends for mothers day. Using the forever friends stamps which I water coloured. Again I used the cuttlebug for the back panel.
Mothers day cards
This is a mothers day card I made this year. I coloured the stamp with water colour pencils. I also used the cuttlebug to make the pattern on the strip at the top.

Halloween birthday card
I had great fun making this card. It was for one of my collegues sons birthdays. As I am sure you can tell his birthday was right near halloween. The stamp is a magnolia stamp - I got the hat from an embelishment kit i got from my mum for Christmas a few years back but had never used. I thought that the white angel hair paper when really well against the dark background for this card. The text was a free download from online printed off on my pc.
Another christmas card
This is another christmas card from last year. I love this little stamp - I have no idea what she is called though I borrowed her from a friend and haven't been able to find her since :(
Christmas card
This is a christmas card I made for an order last christmas. The stamp is one froma set of See D's that I bought 2 christmases ago. I took the ribbon from a set of Pajamas I bought from La Senza :) at christmas they come with all sorts of beautiful wribbon wrapped around them. I heat embossed the sentiment (also from a see d's set) and used Mirri card to mount.
Some of my cards
Right as promised here are a few of the cards I have made - these are spread over the entire time I have been crafting.
This one was abirthday card for my Sister in Law last year first time I used a feather on a card this was. It is a decoupaged image using peel offs for the sentiment.
